Shipping
Regretfully, we are only able to offer fixed shipping rates for Singapore and Malaysia. Should you be located outside of the above locales, you may contact us for a quote. But hey, if you’re located within Southeast Asia, shipping should still be very reasonable and very fast.
All orders purchased are shipped from Singapore and will be processed within 2-3 working days ((1) excluding weekends and public holidays and, (2) subject to availability). At the same time, do note that we only offer our coffees as whole beans for two reasons – (1) coffee very rapidly loses its vibrancy and aromas once ground, and (2) one of the key variables when dialing in is adjusting the grind size.
All coffees dispatched shall be within 14 days of roast and should we not have any available stock, please note that your coffee will be added to the next roast on the following weekend and processed accordingly. However, should your stash be running low and you require new coffee swiftly, you may drop us an inquiry via Telegram/Instagram/Discord and we will respond at the earliest possible opportunity.
When an order is processed and ready to be dispatched, you will receive an email with delivery information such as the courier (Qxpress (SG) / Teleport (MY)) and tracking number. Please note that delivery times vary and subject to courier limitations but in most instances, should take no more than 3-5 working days.
In some cases, orders may be delayed due to external factors beyond our control such as disruptions in the postal service, courier or customs agencies. We will not be held responsible for such delays.
Any customs or import duties levied once a delivery reaches its destination is the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for the collection of these duties and are thus unable to advise on what these charges are. Import duties vary globally, and we recommend contacting your local customs office should you require the above information.
Returns & EXCHANGES
All items sold are non-refundable and are only eligible for a return if:
(i) Incorrect Order - The item received is not the same as stated in your order receipt.
(ii) Damaged on Receipt - The item is found to be have damaged upon receipt, or has been tampered or modified in any way.
Should your order be eligible for a return, please note that it must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt (per tracking data) and in its original packaging. All charges incurred are to be borne by the customer except in the case of (i).
