Which locations do you ship to?
We currently offer fixed shipping rates to Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Brunei, Philippines, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, and South Korea.
Can I order if I'm outside your delivery areas?
Yes! If you're located outside our standard delivery areas, feel free to contact us for a custom shipping quote. However, if you have access to a Singapore-based forwarding or proxy service, we recommend using that instead as it will likely work out cheaper than shipping directly to you.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (exc. weekends & public holidays), subject to stock availability.
When will my coffee be roasted?
All coffees dispatched will be within 14 days of roast and in the event that we do not have available stock of a particular coffee in your order, please note that it will be added to our next roast session on the immediate Saturday. Thereafter, your order will be dispatched the following Tuesday, once the roast has been deemed to pass quality control.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you'll receive an email with your courier details and tracking number. Within Singapore, delivery typically takes no more than 2–3 working days, though this may vary depending on the courier.
What if my order is delayed?
Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as disruptions to postal services, couriers, or customs agencies. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations, as we are unable to be held responsible for these delays.
Are there any customs or import duties I should know about?
Any customs or import duties incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. As these charges vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items sold are non-refundable and are only eligible for a return if:
(i) Incorrect Order - The item received is not the same as stated in your order receipt.
(ii) Damaged on Receipt - The item is found to be have damaged upon receipt, or has been tampered or modified in any way.
Should your order be eligible for a return, please note that it must be shipped back to us within 7 working days of receipt (per tracking data) and in its original packaging. All charges incurred are to be borne by the customer except in the case of (i).
ROAST LEVELS
The roast levels shown for our coffees are determined using Agtron readings taken with the Difluid Omni. Measurements are based on ground coffee particles at 250 μm, prepared with a Mahlkönig EK43S. Each coffee is then categorized according to the corresponding ranges listed below:
131-140: Ultralight
121-130: Extremely light
111-120: Very light
091-100: Light
