Yes! If you're located outside our standard delivery areas, feel free to contact us for a custom shipping quote. However, if you have access to a Singapore-based forwarding or proxy service, we recommend using that instead as it will likely work out cheaper than shipping directly to you.

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (exc. weekends & public holidays), subject to stock availability.

In the event that we do not have available stock of a particular coffee in your order, please note that it will be added to our next roast session on the immediate Saturday. Thereafter, your order will be dispatched the following Tuesday, once the roast has been deemed to pass quality control.

However, please also note that the cutoff time for roasts to be added to the roast queue is 12pm every Saturday and subsequently, orders which are placed after will be processed the following week.

All coffees dispatched will be within 14 days of roast, unless otherwise indicated.

Once your order is ready to be dispatched, you'll receive an email with your courier details and tracking number. Within Singapore, delivery typically takes no more than 2–3 working days, though this may vary depending on the courier.

Occasionally, orders may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, such as disruptions to postal services, couriers, or customs agencies. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations, as we are unable to be held responsible for these delays.

Any customs or import duties incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. As these charges vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
