A vivid and expressive cup centred around deep purple fruit character, balanced by florality and an unexpected sense of refinement.

The aroma opens with layered florals, grape jam, and ripe blackberry, underpinned by faint hints of spice and earthiness that add depth without distracting from the fruit-forward presentation. From the first sip, the coffee announces itself with an unmistakable burst of grape juice, immediately evoking the sweetness and aromatic intensity of Kyoho grapes.

As the initial wave of fruit settles, the profile begins to reveal greater complexity. Delicate tartaric acidity provides structure and definition, lending the cup a wine-like brightness that keeps the sweetness lively. Beneath the dominant grape character, nuances of mangosteen gradually emerge, contributing a softer tropical dimension marked by gentle sweetness and subtle tartness.

Rose florals remain present throughout, weaving quietly through the profile rather than occupying centre stage. Their contribution is one of lift and elegance, adding aromatic complexity to the dense fruit character without competing for attention.

A juicy, silky body amplifies the impression of concentrated fruit while maintaining a smooth and polished texture. The finish is lingering, soft, and gently creamy, allowing the grape and floral notes to fade gradually while leaving a pleasant, rounded sweetness on the palate.
