CUP PROFILE
Bright, juicy, and oh-so-clean, this coffee is your quintessential expression of a classic washed Colombian – think clarity in every sip, with the kind of acidity that dances in your mouth. Led by the crisp, zesty sparkle of lemon zest that jolts your palate awake, it mellows beautifully to reveal a grapefruit-like sweetness in the finish that follows. A cup that’s approachable yet intricate, structured yet brimming with nuance. But if you thought that’d be the end of it, that’s where you’d be wrong. The Chiroso variety brings to the cup whispers of orange blossom, a delicate nod to its Ethiopian lineage, which serves to add a sense of depth and provide yet another layer of complexity, creating a cup that feels as much a celebration of tradition as it does a journey into the modern.
