Mega Fail Roasts

from SGD 4.50

Sometimes, it's not you with the skill issue, it's us. When that happens, unfortunately, we can't very well classify these roasts as Release Candidates. I mean, we could very well throw our ethics out the door and simply do that. Then call it user error when your brews turn out rubbish.

But that's not us. We believe in being as transparent as possible, all the way from sourcing our greens to getting them to your doorstep, and so what you will find here are the roasts which failed to make the grade, for one reason or another.

And far from being undrinkable, we believe that these roasts just fall a little slightly off the mark with regards to what we feel would be their purest expression. And umm, if they are, well, we suppose you could just use them to season your grinder.

Choices:
1. Villa Betulia (21/03) - Too dark
2. San Pablo 02 (22/03) - Undesirable presentation
3. San Pablo 04 (22/03) - Presence of off-notes
